What Happened Today – February 15, 2026

Last night we told you Attorney General Bondi dared to call the Epstein files finished, and today the bipartisan lawmakers who actually wrote the Epstein Files Transparency Act are calling her out.

They really want to see the internal memos explaining why prosecutors decided not to charge the people who abused those children.

This isn’t a partisan fight over document production. Republicans and Democrats who sat across the table from each other to write this legislation are standing together to say the Attorney General is not complying with the law they wrote. That means the bipartisan consensus to hold these people accountable already exists.

Nothing about this is finished until someone who sexually assaulted those children faces a courtroom. The authors of the law now agree. We’re tracking every development on our dedicated Epstein Sex Crime Network page so you can follow the full arc of this story from the beginning. Call your senators and your representative, because the people who built this law are handing you the talking points on a silver platter.

Today's Quote
If they can give the names, then they can give them in unredacted files. Federal agencies have already waived privileges with the information they've already disclosed redacted and unredacted. If there is an active investigation or prosecution the DOJ can indeed cite these privileges, but not when they've concluded their investigation and decided no one is going to jail, no one else will be prosecuted and after they wipe their hands clean, etc. Also, they're missing names on the list disclosed this evening.
