What Happened Today – November 13, 2025

The administration is suppressing dissent at every level.

Federal employees at NIH, USDA, and Fannie Mae fired or on leave for organizing public letters, going on TV about shutdowns, or warning about legal violations. A Texas A&M professor was removed from her graduate class for teaching about white supremacy within MAGA. An Iowa teacher’s aide was forced out for repeating a racial slur while reporting the student who used it.

Even elected officials aren’t immune. Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) is now being investigated by the Justice Department for mortgage fraud. He’s the fourth person Trump has identified as an enemy to face criminal investigation for his mortgage application.

The attempts to silence dissent aren’t new, but they’re stacking up now. They want you scared into silence. Don’t give them that. Keep teaching the truth. Keep organizing. Keep speaking up. They can’t fire everyone.
